Eduardo Aranibar is the founder of Compass Earth Capital, an investment advisory firm connecting global capital with regenerative investment opportunities in Brazil. Previously, he was CEO of AYA Earth Partners, the first ecosystem accelerating the regenerative and zero-carbon economy in the Global South, with over 120 companies in its network after only 3 years of existence.
With 10+ years of experience in economic development, Eduardo served as Undersecretary for Competitiveness in São Paulo, leading the economic recovery of the 45 million people state and contributing to the COVID crisis response. He also worked at McKinsey & Company on strategic planning for major cities and at the Ayrton Senna Institute on education innovation.
Eduardo holds a BA in Economics from the University of São Paulo.
